Last Thursday, the Corriere di Romagna, appeared a short but comprehensive review on the book that we published this summer with the issues Rimini Panozzo. Speaking of the recent Festa de Borg, who this year had the theme of "transhumance of peoples and cultures", the article defines the book as "an example of when globalization is mixed with the local specialties, and how the recipes "Fair Trade ingredients are fully used in traditional recipes from Romagna, and vice versa local tastes are reflected in the dishes of the world ".
We hope that among the many attendees at the party, someone has stopped at the booth of books and has brought home a piece of migrants, ready to discover flavors and products from the world at km 0, thus participating in the growth of small businesses and more sustainable agriculture.
